Thanks, Allan, for getting us tolled BTW, ... only to have long buried accusations of "Police Gone Wild" finally surface in the form of the much vaunted Rhode Island State Police Report (See Below) ... Well, buried in the bowels of the Cranston Events Calendar is a "Call of Special Meeting of The City Council" ... With the Agenda to include : "Fiscal impact of the Rhode Island State Police Report on the Cranston Police Department" presentation by Council Internal Auditor Anthony Moretti." The takeaway? While rumours as to the exact dollar impact vary wildly ... there are some who are pointing to a price tag of upwards of 8 Million Dollars$ Yup, ya read that right .. 8 Million Simollians!
