Evelyn Everton directs the Utah chapter of Americans for Prosperity, the nation’s foremost network of grassroots advocates for economic freedom.
Evelyn is a passionate believer in free markets who has lent her communications skills to a wide array of public and private interests, including serving as spokesperson for elected officials, nonprofits, businesses and the Utah Child Protection Registry. She specializes in strategic communications, community outreach, fundraising and government affairs.
She’s also a co-founder of Ace Strategies, a political and communications consulting firm whose clients include a number of state legislators, nonprofits, various Utah cities and Congresswoman Mia Love.
Having believed in limited government her whole life, Evelyn first decided it was time to step into the policy arena when she became Volunteer Coordinator for the Mike Lee for Senate Campaign. As a result of her efforts, Lee secured a 1500-vote margin of victory in the primary. She was then tapped as the Communications Director for Senator Orrin Hatch’s successful 2012 campaign.
Most recently, Evelyn served as the VP of Government Affairs for Unspam Technologies, where she worked with legislators and opinion leaders across the country.
She received a B.S. in both Communications and Political Science with a minor in Campaign Management at the University of Utah.
Evelyn and her husband, Chase, live in Sandy, Utah. They are working hard to raise three future defenders of limited government.
